HALDIMAND—Haldimand County is using funding from the Ontario government to roll out an updated ‘Virtual City Hall’ that aims to simplify the act of paying bills and corresponding with the County through a streamlined online portal.
“Virtual City Hall is an online self-service portal which will provide residents and customers with the ability to view, pay, and elect to receive their tax bills, invoices, and other correspondence electronically – all at a single point of contact,” said Jerri Whiting, Project Manager and CAO Executive Assistant.
