DUNNVILLE—An increased police presence was seen in Dunnville this week to facilitate an ongoing investigation.
On July 1, 2024 at approximately 4:30 p.m., members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an abandoned vehicle in Dunnville where police located a deceased individual.
A section of Bird Road near Crown Road was closed for several hours to facilitate an ongoing investigation. The investigation is ongoing and further details will be released as able. There is no threat to public safety.
