DUNNVILLE—The Grade 3 class at Dunnville Christian School (DCS) decided that they wanted to raise money for Salvation Army this Christmas. They set a goal of $300 to be able to buy apple juice for the Christmas hamper program. This group of students came up with the idea of organizing a yard sale at the front of their school on December 3, 2021. After a very successful sale, the Grade 3 class raised over $1,000 to donate to the Salvation Army this Christmas season. They used part of this money to buy items for the Christmas hamper program and donated the rest. Merry Christmas from DCS! —Submitted photos.
