JARVIS—As Easter approaches, children are often anticipating the traditional gathering of colourful Easter eggs and other treats. This year, students at Jarvis Community Christian School (JCCS) are focused on a different type of collection – 1,000 cans of food!
That goal is at the forefront of the food drive JCCS will be conducting from March 22 to 31, 2021. In previous years, the school has had non-food food drives, as money was collected to support local food banks. The class that raised the most money had the opportunity to buy groceries for the food bank.
