Thousands of eggs, spring critters, and family fun shared over Easter weekend
Misti Bottenfield brought several animals as part of the attractions. Erica Britton and her son, Theodore, 20 months, were among the visitors to see the furry and feathered friends.

CALEDONIA—Three-year-old Laurel Denine was busy colouring away while her dad, Jacob, watched. Jacob is part of the Haldimand Fire Department, serving at Caledonia Station #1. 
CALEDONIA—Caledonia BIA Co-ordinator Kathy Marshall spoke to the large gathered crowd, sharing information on how the hunt would proceed.

CALEDONIA—The Easter Bunny brought 500 pounds of chocolate in the form of 32,000 eggs to the Caledonia BIA’s seventh annual Easter Egg Hunt on Good Friday, April 18, 2025. The event was held outside the Haldimand County Caledonia Centre.
Calvary Pentecostal Church hosts Easter fun day with two egg hunts
DUNNVILLE—Sixteen-month-old Mateo had his eyes on the prize as his dad Joseph Botelho helped him hunt for chocolate eggs at Calvary Pentecostal Church’s egg hunt on Saturday, April 19, 2025. 
9-year-old Freya Mius was one of many children to get their face painted by volunteer Leteha Keen. 
One of the youth group volunteers, Summer Booker, helped out by making cotton candy, while other volunteers handed out popcorn as well, satisfying all tastes. 
Prior to the hunt, guests were invited into the gym to experience some praise by the church’s youth group as well; below are some members of the group leading the gathered crowd. 
DUNNVILLE—The Easter egg hunts ran in age categories to ensure a fair hunt. Among the many children to take part in the 0-3-years-old catergory were (left) 1-year-old Lilly Choma – getting some help from her 6-year-old brother Sawyer.

DUNNVILLE—Calvary Pentecostal Church in Dunnville held its annual Easter Hunt on Saturday, April 19, 2025. The first of two hunts went in the morning and drew a large crowd, which would be followed up by a second gathering in the afternoon for a second round of fun. Inside the church’s gym were a variety of treats and activities.
