NANTICOKE — Following months of backlash from the community related to the proposed community of 40,000 residents on unused industrial lands in Nanticoke, the proponent took an opportunity to clear the air during a Council session last week.
The issue at hand was how involved Haldimand County, and Mayor Ken Hewitt in particular, were in the development of the proposal.
