Family Health Teams to provide sexual health clinic services

HALDIMAND—Effective April 1, 2020 the Delhi Family Health Team and the Haldimand Family Health Team is providing sexual health clinic services for residents of Haldimand and Norfolk.

Health Unit staff have worked with these health care partners to ensure continuity of services to the two communities.
