Flags of Remembrance ceremony to be held September 11 in Dunnville

DUNNVILLE—Flags of Remembrance, a ceremony and display meant to honour the commitments and sacrifices of veterans and first responders, will be held at Wingfield Park in Dunnville on Saturday, September 11, 2021 beginning at approximately 1:15 p.m.

The ceremony and display are the handiwork of a dedicated local team led by Brent O’Connor, Veteran Services Officer for the Dunnville Legion. For a donation, participants can have a special plaque commissioned containing details of a loved one, living or dead, who committed their time and energy as either a military veteran or a first responder.
