DUNNVILLE—Following a well-attended inaugural ceremony on September 11, 2021, the Flags of Remembrance display, housing 128 flags in honour of military veterans and first responders, has been the target of vandalism and theft.
One custom plaque, five flags, and three poles have been stolen so far, according to one of the organizers of the display, Brent O’Connor.
