Fourth annual Caledonia Food & Toy Drive a success

CALEDONIA—The donation tables were overflowing at the Caledonia Lions Hall during the fourth annual Food & Toy Drive. “This is the largest turnout we have ever had,” said elated organizer Heather Mastromatteo. The event on Sunday, December 15, 2024 saw Santa, Blippi, and Paw Patrol characters visit with children, along with face painting and 16 vendors. Muffins, cookies, and hot chocolate were available. All the donated toys will go to the Salvation Army in Dunnville, while the food collected will go to the Caledonia Food Bank and the Good Shepherd Centre in Hamilton.
