HAGERSVILLE—The Hagersville Lions Club continued to lend their support to the community as they presented a cheque for $1,500 to the West Haldimand Hospital and Healthcare Foundation (WHHHF) on June 10, 2020.

Prior to the presentation, Hagersville Lions President Dan Matten said, “We love our hospital. It’s one of the diamonds we have in Hagersville. We want to thank all the staff and volunteers for being out there doing what they do in this difficult time.”

Matten explained that, with funds available at their year end, the club decided unanimously to make the special donation. He added, “The club wants to recognize the hospital to help provide special equipment at this time.”
