HAGERSVILLE—The Hagersville Skating Club is very proud of the great efforts by the four skaters who participated in the Skate Ontario Provincial Championships at the Mississauga Iceland Arena that took place March 24-27, 2022. The top 54 skaters from across the province in each category were invited to compete. In each of their flights, our skaters achieved the following results: (l-r) Aubrey Dawson (Star 6) 17th, Isla Nigh (Star 5 U13) 5th, Kayleigh Snider (Star 5) 14th, and Abby Meahan (Star 6) 1st. Congratulations to all four skaters! You will be able to see them perform, along with the entire Hagersville Skating Club, at our season-culminating Showcase on Thursday, April 7 at the Hagersville Memorial Arena at 6:15 p.m. Along with our figure skaters, there will be demonstrations by our Power Skaters and members of our CanSkate Program.
