Haldimand County staff examine Ontario government’s plan to fuse conservation authorities

HALDIMAND—Haldimand County staff have released an information report outlining their concerns related to a provincial plan to amalgamate Ontario’s 36 independent conservation authorities (CAs) into seven larger, regional CAs serving multiple municipalities along their respective watersheds.
