Haldimand Federation of Agriculture donates to Haldimand hospitals

HALDIMAND—The Haldimand Federation of Agriculture (HFA) has been meeting via conference calls through the pandemic. With directors not being able to go to meetings in person for many months now, it was agreed that the directors’ per diem would be donated to the frontline workers at both local hospitals. During a recent call, all of the members present voted in favour of donating $1,000 to the hospital foundations of both the West Haldimand General Hospital and the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital.
