HALDIMAND—The Haldimand Health Team is discussing partnership opportunities with the Hamilton Health Team. The provincial government first introduced the Ontario Health Team model in 2019, focusing on combined community health care opportunities.
The Haldimand Health Team itself is an amalgamation with members of both Haldimand hospitals.
