HALDIMAND—The Haldimand Horticultural Society (HHS) is holding their first-ever “Blooming on the Grand” Garden Tour on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at eight locations across Haldimand County from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.
“Come out for a great day and get some inspiration from Haldimand’s top gardeners,” says Catherine McGill, District Director for the Ontario Horticultural Association (OHA). Catherine says HHS is anticipating a good show and hopes to make this an annual event. Participants can expect to see a variety of gardens, including urban and farm gardens, secret gardens and ponds, the historical gardens of Ruthven Park, a wide range of flowers, including over 50 varieties of hostas, and much more.
Admission to the self-guided garden tour is $10 for adults and free to children aged 12 and under.
