HAGERSVILLE—Dr. Mohammad Amir Sheik-Yousouf, Chief of Staff for both West Haldimand (WHGH) and Norfolk General (NGH) hospitals, will keep his job despite defying pandemic guidelines and spending a month in Dubai between November and December.
