HALDIMAND—Matt Bowen, CEO of Haldimand County Housing Corporation (HNHC), provided Council members with an update on their strategic plan to tackle the growing affordable housing crisis locally.
HNHC has many revenue sources to help fund its housing endeavors, with rental revenue accounting for 46% of their total budget, or $1,784,270. Municipal subsidies of $1,603,396 follow at 41%.
