      In an edition of the Hamilton Spectator one day this week it tells about how MPP Andrea Horwath, who holds the seat for a MPP Hamilton riding, was going to retire after a few months of service and run for the Mayor’s seat in Hamilton, which will mean another by-election to fill her vacated NDP, MPP seat.
