To the Editors,
Often when new subdivisions are planned or a town is experiencing rapid growth, the addition or expansion of supporting services such as new community centres, schools, sport/activity centres, etc. lag behind. This then often forces residents to leave the town in order to avail themselves of many activities.
We want to publicly voice our excitement for the proposed library/active living centre as seen in the artist’s rendering on the front page of The Press last week.
Thank you to all those individuals involved with bringing this great idea forward and we look forward to helping make this happen as soon as possible.
In our opinion, this could be just the beginning of great things that would make our little, but rapidly growing, town even more satisfying and enjoyable to its current and future residents.
Thank you,
Doug and Flora Miller,
Hagersville
