To the Editors,

For over a century the chiefs and residents of the Grand River Reserve have honoured the commitment of those who agreed to sell off a thin slice of the reserve to build the Plank Road (now Highway #6). They agreed to allow use of this land by non-natives and for more than a century they have honoured their word and this commitment. Farms, businesses, and homes have been built without interference or acts of bad faith.
