To the Editors,
Having read the submitted article on Diane Finley in last week’s paper and hearing about the wonderful work that she did as our MP: I would like to add my opinion of her.
I emailed her office twice last April and called her office in Ottawa once, asking for information about a federal matter. All I received from her was dead silence. I might just as well have gone into our backyard and asked one of the fence posts; I would have gotten the same answer.
I would think that an MP’s role is to be there for constituents, not ignore them.
