I always enjoy reading the Letter From The Editor, but I found the one this past week to be very unsettling. Really – people complained because they didn’t get in on the Thanksgiving renewal/new subscription special! I can’t seem to comprehend how someone could berate a staff member over this – and another threaten to cancel without giving any explanation.
