HNHSS asks residents to complete Community Needs Assessment by end of July

HALDIMAND—Haldimand and Norfolk residents who have not yet shared their thoughts about local health and social services programs and priorities have until the end of this month to complete the Community Needs Assessment (CNA).

  Almost 900 residents have completed the 15-30 minute survey so far. Still, the Haldimand Norfolk Health & Social Services division continues to encourage anyone who has not contributed their opinions and experiences to visit hnhu.org/CNAsurvey before the survey closes on July 31.
