DUNNVILLE—On September 4, 2020, a group of about 30 people from Hamilton attended Grand River Marina for a friendly kayaking event. Many of the group members are part of the Hamilton Hungarian Scout Group.

Dan Hill with his son Michael Hill, 8.
Anita Gombos Hill and Dan Hill of Dunnville welcomed the group and gave them a four-hour kayak tour of the Grand River. Shelley Cowan, who is a certified kayak instructor, gave a small educational talk on how to kayak safely on the river.
“Everyone had a fantastic time and plans are being made to return,” said Gombos Hill.
