Illegal Dumping

Dear Trash Talking Trish and Tabitha,

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen your column… hope all is well!

I’m not usually one to complain but here I am. There seems to be an abundance of people who drop their garbage off stealthily in the middle of the night when it’s not even collection day the next day. It boggles my mind how someone would think the stained couch they placed at the curb will disappear? I’m getting fed up seeing the contents of apartments and houses lining the streets and making our communities look bad.

I guess that was more of a RANT than a question, but I just had to get it off my chest. Can you do anything about this!?
