FISHERVILLE—On Sunday, September 26, 2021 the Fisherville Lions and Hartwick family hosted a small dedication ceremony in honour of Tracey Hartwick. Following Tracey’s tragic passing in the fall of 2017, a group of her friends and family created the Love Be’in Me group to celebrate her life and do good in her memory. This led to the creation of a walking track at the Fisherville Lions Community Park to ensure residents would be able to safely exercise. The Fisherville Lions decided to purchase a Lions bench to go with the walking track, which was put together once the track was completed, and a plaque was made dedicating this bench in Tracey’s memory.
