JARVIS—Chad Reu-Waters of Jarvis has been charged with first-degree murder three months after human remains were discovered in a freezer along the lakeshore in Port Burwell.
Reu-Waters, 45, is accused of killing Ashley Max Domenic Pereira of Missisauga, who had been missing since 2002 and was 33 at the time of his disappearance. He was also charged with committing an indignity to a dead body, along with two counts of assaulting a peace officer related to his arrest on Monday, August 12.
