DUNNVILLE—Since January of last year, Dunnville restaurateur Julia Marchese’s charitable endeavour, Julia’s Care-A-Closet, has been providing residents with a budget-friendly way to get essential items from clothing, to furniture, to children’s items.
Sandy Passmore, one of about 25-30 volunteers who donate their time to running the Closet, spoke of the challenges and successes they have seen through their first full year in operation.
