Leilani Lee-Yates named NPCA’s newest CAO

Leilani Lee-Yates HALDIMAND—The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) has named Leilani Lee-Yates their newest CAO, replacing outgoing CAO Chandra Sharma.                   Lee-Yates brings over 20 years of experience in conservation and environmental planning to the role, working for conservation authorities (CA) in Halton, Toronto, Caledon, and Peel.
