Editor’s Note: James Kaspersetz submitted this letter as his request to speak at Council about the Nanticoke Air Emission Summary from 2024 was denied. The municipal clerk determined that, under procedural bylaw, “delegation requests should only concern municipal matters that require a decision or support from Council.” He was directed to speak with staff instead.
