Editor’s Note: The following is an update on the journey of Jessica Foreman, a Canfield mother diagnosed with a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour. As reported last October, the community was rallying with donations to a GoFundMe to help cover costs as Jessica is unable to work and her husband, Cory, went on leave to care for their children. As of March 10, over $34,500 had been raised of its $50,000 goal. The fundraiser is available at gofund.me/998da307.
To the Editor,
For those who don’t know, (as of March 9) Jessica is three days post her third brain surgery. This surgery was extremely high risk, also known as a Hail Mary surgery, as this procedure will not cure her but has hopes of buying her a little more time with her family.
Please continue to pray, hope, and pretzel your body for Jessica as she fights to make it through the humps and bumps of post-surgery complications.
We are so grateful for all the donations given by so many. Every dollar has helped Jessica’s journey through this horrid disease and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
If you have the means, please continue to donate and/or share this link. Every little bit helps keep the Foreman family fighting.
Thank you once again for everything you all have done.
Holly Soulier, Organizer of the GoFundMe for Jessica Foreman
