New Argyle Street North commercial plaza could see 68 units built on 21.5 acres of land

CALEDONIA—As previously reported, planning is underway toward the development of a new commercial plaza sitting on 21.5 acres of land at 192-222 Argyle Street North in Caledonia. Preliminary concept plans are proposing nine commercial buildings with a total of 68 units and 96,769 square feet of space.
