HAGERSVILLE—The Norfolk General Hospital (NGH) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Dr. Robin Martin-Godelie has been appointed as the hospital’s Interim Chief of Staff, effective December 11, 2021.
“We are delighted that Dr. Martin-Godelie has agreed to serve in the interim,” said Marjorie Dawson, Chair of the NGH Board of Directors. “Her experience, combined with the relationships she has built at NGH in all areas of the hospital, will ensure her effectiveness as Interim Chief of Staff.”
A highly regarded family physician and a specialist in palliative care, Dr. Martin-Godelie has served as a physician at Norfolk General Hospital since 2005. She has also served as Vice-President of the hospital’s Medical Staff Association and is currently the Secretary-Treasurer of the Professional Staff Association and Chair of the Medical Quality Committee.
