Ontario invests in supports for Indigenous communities

The Ontario government continues to work with Indigenous communities to create lasting economic prosperity for Indigenous people, and to support their COVID-19 recovery efforts through the Indigenous Community Capital Grants Program (ICCGP). To further support Indigenous communities, the province doubled funding for the program from $3 million to $6 million in 2021-22 to fund 40 projects across the province.
