CREDIT—Haldimand OPP responded to an altercation at a residence on Mississauga Road in Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, on November 23, 2022 at 1:37 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 31-year-old of Hagersville with:
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm (2x)
- Assault a Peace Officer while Threatening to use a Weapon
- Mischief – destroys or damages property
The accused was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
