DUNNVILLE—The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand Norfolk Community Street Crime Unit (HNCSCU) have charged a 47-year-old individual after executing a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a Alder Street West, Dunnville address.
On Friday, January 8, 2021 members of the OPP HNCSCU executed a CDSA search warrant at a residence and, as a result, a quantity of methamphetamine was located.
OPP has charged a 47-year-old of Dunnville with:
- Possession of a schedule I substance (Methamphetamine) for the purpose of trafficking
- Fail to comply with a release order (3 counts)
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
