DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP responded to a disturbance call on Anderson Avenue in Dunnville on September 17, 2022 at 6:39 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 32-year-old from Dunnville with Mischief. The accused was to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charge.
Haldimand OPP then responded to a disturbance call on Anderson Avenue in Dunnville again on September 20, 2022 at 12:41 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged the same 32-year-old from Dunnville with:
- Fail to comply with undertaking
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
The accused was arrested and held for a Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
