DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP responded to a disturbance at an establishment on Queen Street in Dunnville on September 11, 2022, at 12:47 a.m. During the arrest, an officer was intentionally injured by the accused.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged the accused, a 23-year-old of Dunnville, with:
- Assault
- Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest
- Mischief Under $5,000
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
