WALPOLE—Haldimand OPP responded to a disturbance in White Oaks Village, Walpole, on September 19, 2021 at 3:10 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 31-year-old of Hamilton with Failure to Comply with Undertaking.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date.
