CREDIT—Haldimand OPP responded to a disturbance at an address in Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation on March 15, 2022 at 12:18 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 17-year-old from Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation with Fail to comply with undertaking (two counts).
The identity of the individual is being withheld under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The accused was held for bail and was to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
