PEACOCK POINT/HAGERSVILLE —Haldimand OPP responded to a disturbance on Park Street in Peacock Point on August 31, 2021 at 9:30 p.m.
OPP members returned to the same address on September 1, 2021 at 12:50 a.m., for a second disturbance.
Police have charged a 32-year-old from Selkirk with:
- Assault
- Mischief to Property
- Break and Enter
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
Haldimand OPP responded to another disturbance on Main Street in Hagersville on September 6, 2021 at 1:32 a.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 43-year-old from Jarvis with:
- Assault
- Mischief to Property
- Possession of a Schedule III Substance
The accused are to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
