DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP responded to various disturbances in Dunnville recently.
On November 13, 2021 at 11 p.m. the OPP responded and, as a result of the investigation, police have charged a 26-year-old from Smithville with Assault and Uttering Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm.
On November 10 at 9:20 p.m. police conducted an investigation and have charged a 47-year-old from Dunnville with two counts of Assault with a Weapon.
Earlier that day, police arrived at Cross Street and they were advised by witnesses that a physical altercation had occurred between two people and that they had assaulted each other.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 49-year-old and a 38-year-old of Dunnville with Assault.
The accused individuals are all to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
