CREDIT—Haldimand OPP responded to a report of a domestic assault in Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation on September 16, 2022 at 3:26 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 40-year-old from Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation with:
- Assault – Spousal
- Assault Cause Bodily Harm – Choke, Suffocate or Strangle
- Assault Cause Bodily Harm – Spousal
- Assault with a Weapon – Spousal
- Mischief
The accused was arrested and held for a Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
