DUNNVILLE—On June 24, 2023 at approximately 12:34 a.m., Haldimand OPP received a report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision on Broad Street in Dunnville.
The investigation determined that a pick-up truck collided with a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported.
As a result, a 31-year-old of Beamsville has been charged with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus).
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on a later date.
