CALEDONIA— Haldimand OPP conducted a traffic stop on Argyle Street North in Caledonia on March 13, at 12:10 a.m.
As a result of the investigation, the accused, of Hagersville, was charged with the following offences:
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000Use plate not authorized for vehicle
- Fail to apply for permit on becoming owner
- Permit motor vehicle to be operated without insurance
The licence plate was seized and the vehicle was towed from the location. The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
