DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP has charged a man following a theft from a business on Broad Street East in Dunnville on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 9 a.m.
Through investigation, OPP identified the suspect, who was later located and placed under arrest. A search revealed a quantity of illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia. OPP has charged a 33-year-old of Dunnville with:
- Theft under $5,000
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Fail to Comply with a Probation Order (three counts)
- Fail to Attend Court
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
