DUNNVILLE—An individual is facing three charges following an investigation in Dunnville.
On Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 2:50 p.m., Haldimand OPP responded to a report of an altercation between a driver and a pedestrian on George Street, Dunnville.
The driver was later located by police and arrested. No injuries were reported.
A 41-year-old of Dunnville has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences: Dangerous operation; Assault with a weapon; Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on September 1, 2026.
