DUNNVILLE—On February 6, 2026 at approximately 9:50 a.m., members of the Haldimand OPP were dispatched to a Lock Street address in Dunnville for a disturbance.
A 42-year-old from Dunnville has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences: assault; assault cause bodily harm; uttering threats; mischief; and fail to comply with probation order.
The accused remained in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date.
The charges have not been proven in court.
