DUNNVILLE—Two individuals were arrested following a theft investigation that occurred on April 15, 2026 at a business on Broad Street in Dunnville.
On April 20, 2026 at approximately 10:25 a.m., members of the Haldimand detachment of OPP responded to the business after it was reported the individuals were present.
As a result of the investigation, a 35-year-old resident of Selkirk has been charged with:
* Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
* Fail to comply with undertaking (six counts)
A 40-year-old resident of Haldimand County has been charged with:
* Fail to comply with probation order (two counts)
* Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
Both accused remain in custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on a later date; none of the charges have been proven in court.
